To Ward Brokerage, ‘Value Added’ means making the success of an agent on any given case the personal goal of our agency. What is necessary to deliver on each application differs. A case might involve careful product design and the ability to produce competitive underwriting. Sometimes it is providing information on inforce insurance so that an agent can be prepared. At other times, an advanced sales opinion is required to create a solution for a client’s unique situation.
